When the materials of led rechargeable flood light are sent to our factory, IQC will check the quality of these spare parts before producing.
After IQC, different spare parts will flow into every producing line and will be assembled together. During this procedure, every worker will check carefully and avoid any defect happen in the last procedure.
Our led rechargeable flood light will go through 2 rounds of charging and discharging process. In this step, if any flood lights has something wrong such as the lamp is not bright, the inspector will find out and send the faultiness to maintenance department for repairing.
After aging procedure, the rechargeable flood light will continue the inspection of the flood lights’ outlook, and assemble the holders of the lamps.
The final step is packing the led rechargeable flood lights. Every lamp will be cleaned and stick labels on it, at the same time check the functions of the rechargeable flood lights. Then put into a PE bag to avoid dust and water. With user manual, adapter and car charger together, put into a EPE foam and fit into the color box, then 8 boxes or 12 boxes in a corrugated carton. According to customer’s request, we can make exclusive color box and user manual etc.
After packaging, the cargo will be placed in store room. The documentary will check the details such as adapter type and shipping marks. Every shipment the documentary will make a report of the delivery, for insurance and review.
